These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access and use of all services, websites, technology platforms, and products offered by iServe Colorado (“iServe Colorado,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). iServe Colorado is a professional services provider specializing in litigation support services, including process serving, skip tracing, court filing, and related legal support services. iServe Colorado does not manufacture or sell products.
Acceptance of Terms
By using any iServe Colorado service or platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws.
Changes to Terms
iServe Colorado reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Independent Contractor Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
Platform Use and Control
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform.
Electronic Communication
You consent to receive communications electronically.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Third Party Information
iServe Colorado is not liable for inaccuracies from third party data sources.
Fees and Payment
All services must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. Each address is billed separately.
No Refunds After Service Begins
Once service attempts begin, fees are non refundable and non transferable.
No Legal Advice
iServe Colorado is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Subscription Services
Recurring services are billed monthly and are non refundable.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion.
Sub User Access
You are responsible for all users operating under your account.
Data Privacy
Your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free service.
Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided. iServe Colorado is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iServe Colorado from claims arising from your use of our services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services at any time without notice.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned or licensed by iServe Colorado.
Copyright Complaints
Submit copyright related concerns to support@iservecolorado.com.
User Submissions
You grant iServe Colorado rights to use submitted content for the purpose of providing services.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Class Action Waiver
You waive participation in any class action proceedings against iServe Colorado.
Jury Trial Waiver

iServe Colorado is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of rights.
SMS And Text Communication
You consent to receiving SMS and text message communications related to service updates and notifications.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and iServe Colorado regarding the use of our services.
Client Responsibility And No Guarantee Of Outcome
34.1 iServe Colorado is not liable for legal case outcomes or service success.
34.2 Clients are solely responsible for document accuracy and legal sufficiency.
34.3 iServe Colorado relies on all client provided information as submitted.
34.4 Clients are responsible for managing all filing deadlines and legal requirements.
35.Additional Disclaimers And Protections
35.1 iServe Colorado is not responsible for actions or delays caused by courts, agencies, or third parties.
35.2 Clients must disclose all deadlines and urgent requirements in writing.
35.3 iServe Colorado may decline unsafe, unlawful, or improper service requests.
35.4 Service attempts may be documented or recorded when permitted by law.
35.5 Documents may be retained for up to 12 months only.
35.6 iServe Colorado is not responsible for mistaken identity resulting from inaccurate client information.
35.7 Any claims related to services must be brought within one (1) year.
35.8 iServe Colorado is not liable for failures of third party systems, platforms, or services.
35.Document Delivery And Handling
35.9.1 iServe Colorado accepts documents primarily through online portal submissions or email.
35.9.2 Clients are responsible for ensuring all documents are complete and properly delivered.
35.9.3 iServe Colorado does not review or verify the legal accuracy or completeness of submitted documents.
35.9.4 Documents sent through USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other courier services are submitted at the client’s sole risk.
35.9.5 iServe Colorado is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments.
35.9.6 iServe Colorado does not guarantee monitoring or confirmation of mailed deliveries.
35.9.7 Clients are responsible for independently confirming document delivery.
35.9.8 Delays caused by document delivery issues are not attributable to iServe Colorado.
35.9.9 Additional fees may apply for document pickup, scanning, printing, or special handling requests.
35.9.10 Liability limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
36.Acceptance
By submitting a request, uploading documents, or using iServe Colorado services through our website, portal, or email communications, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use.
